Given the current developments of the COVID-19 situation in the Netherlands and the rest of the world, it is clear that it will have a significant impact on the lindy hop community for a long time. In Hague Hoppers, we are following the situation closely to respond in a safe manner, while ensuring the survival of our school and community. Once the restrictions are lifted, we will start giving classes again, but the format depends on the situation at that time.

For those of you who have already paid for the next season, rest assured that your money are safe. Even though we might not be able to offer the classes as planned, you will be able to use the paid amount for the temporary courses, workshops, or when we return to the planned program. At any time you will be able to ask for a refund, if the course program or conditions do not suit you.

If you are frustrated that you cannot practice at home, or your children would like to have more space to play, we do have our two studios standing empty. You can support us by renting one of them for 10 euros/hr for short rentals 1.5-2 hrs, and a reduced rate for longer rentals. We will only allow one couple or 1 household at a time, and we will keep the social distancing when letting you in.

If you would like to have interaction and feedback, we are also happy to provide online private classes, or to give feedback to recorded practice videos. For more social interaction, we are also considering setting up online group classes, if enough students are interested. Please contact us if with your wishes, if you are interested in any of these options.
