COVID-19 Protocol for Hague Hoppers dancers

Health check

Questions for the health check: if one of the questions below is answered with YES, the dancer, employee or teacher may not come to the accommodation. Wait until the time when each question you can answer NO:

  1. Have you had one or more of the following (mild) complaints in the past 24 hours or at the moment: nose cold, cough, shortness of breath and / or fever (from 38 degrees Celsius)?
  2. Do you currently have a housemate / family member / permanent dance partner with a fever and / or shortness of breath?
  3. Have you had COVID-19 (diagnosed by a laboratory test) and has it been diagnosed in the past 7 days?
  4. Do you have a housemate / family member / permanent dance partner with the COVID-19 (determined with a laboratory test) and did you have contact with this housemate / family member / permanent dance partner less than 14 days ago while he / she still had complaints?
  5. Are you quarantined because you have had direct contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19?

We follow the rules by RIVM: when an employee, teacher of a dancer, develops COVID-19 related complaints during presence in an accommodation, this person goes home immediately.

House rules:

  • The dancer ensures that he / she is aware of the rules established for the accommodation.
  • The dancer makes an appointment for an designated lesson time (lesson series, at a fixed time) or for a specific lesson time (individual lessons without fixed regularity).
  • Dancers wait outside the accommodation, with ‘social distancing’, until the indicated / agreed class time before entering.
  • The dancer does not remain in the accommodation longer than during the agreed class time.
  • To minimize dancers’ toilet use, the dancers are recommended to use the toilet at home.
  • It is not possible for dancers in the accommodation to use changing rooms.
  • Keep 1.5 meters distance from people who do not belong to your family / household, and who is not your fixed dance partner;
  • Fixed dance couple: two dancers from the same household or two dancers who always dance together (for all dance moments performed as a couple);
  • Do not shake hands;
  • Cough / sneeze in the inside of the elbow; please wash or sanitize your hands before starting partner dancing;
  • Use tissue paper to blow the nose and then throw it away, please wash or sanitize your hands before starting partner dancing;
  • Wash your hands before and after each lesson or use a 70% (min) alcohol hand gel;
  • Wear a facial mask inside the accommodation. You can take it off while dancing.

Gezondheidscheck

Vragen voor de gezondheidscheck: wanneer één van onderstaande vragen met JA wordt beantwoord, mag de danser,  medewerker of docent niet naar de accommodatie komen. Het werk of de les moet worden uitgesteld totdat op elke vraag NEE geantwoord kan worden:

 

  1. Heb je de afgelopen 24 uur of op dit moment één of meerdere van de volgende (milde) klachten: neusverkoudheid, hoesten, benauwdheid en/of koorts (vanaf 38 graden Celsius)?
  2. Heb je op dit moment een huisgenoot/gezinslid/vaste danspartner met koorts en/of benauwdheidsklachten?
  3. Heb je het COVID-19 gehad (vastgesteld met een laboratoriumtest) en is dit in de afgelopen 7 dagen vastgesteld?
  4. Heb je een huisgenoot/gezinslid/vaste danspartner met het COVID-19 (vastgesteld met een laboratoriumtest) en heb je korter dan 14 dagen geleden contact gehad met deze huisgenoot/gezinslid/vaste danspartner terwijl hij/zij nog klachten had?
  5. Ben je in quarantaine omdat je direct contact hebt gehad met iemand waarbij het COVID-19 is vastgesteld?

Conform de richtlijn van het RIVM: wanneer een medewerker, docent of danser gedurende aanwezigheid in een accommodatie COVID-19 gerelateerde klachten ontwikkelt gaat deze persoon direct naar huis.

Huisregels:

  • De danser zorgt ervoor dat hij/zij op de hoogte is van de regels die  voor de accommodatie zijn vastgesteld.
  • De danser maakt een afspraak voor een vast aangewezen lestijd  (lessenserie,  op een vast tijdstip) of  voor een specifieke lestijd  (losse lessen zonder vaste regelmaat).
  • Dansers wachten buiten de accommodatie, met ‘social  distancing’,  tot de aangewezen / afgesproken lestijd voor zij naar binnen gaan.
  • De danser blijft niet langer aanwezig in de accommodatie dan gedurende de afgesproken lestijd.
  • Om toiletgebruik door dansers te minimaliseren, worden de dansers opgeroepen thuis gebruik te maken van het toilet.
  • Het is in de accommodatie niet mogelijk voor dansers om gebruik te maken van kleedkamers.
  • 1,5 meter afstand kunnen houden tot mensen die niet tot hun gezin/huishouden behoren, of onderdeel uitmaken van een vast danspaar;
  • Als vast danspaar wordt beschouwd: twee dansers uit hetzelfde huishouden of twee dansers die altijd (voor alle dansmomenten die als paar worden uitgevoerd) samen  dansen;
  • Schud geen handen;
  • Hoest/nies in de binnenkant van de elleboog; was je handen of gebruik een handgel voor het dansen met je partner;
  • Gebruik papieren zakdoekjes om de neus te snuiten en gooi deze daarna weg; was je handen of gebruik een handgel voor het dansen met je partner;
  • Was je handen voor en na iedere les of gebruik een handgel (met min 70% alcohol);
  • Gebruik een mondkapje binnen de locatie. Tijdens het dansen mag het mondkapje af.
